Sweetfire Jalapeno Jelly Wraps   Print Slice them into wheels for a great appetizer or serve them whole for lunch. Author: Sweetfire Recipe type: Appetizer Ingredients o 6 large flour tortillas o 8 ounces cream cheese regular or Garden Vegetable flavor o 1- 10 oz jar Sweetfire Jalapeno jelly o 6-8 leaves lettuce o 24 thin slices turkey or roast beef o 18-24 slices roasted bell peppers or sun-dried tomatoes o ¼ cup sliced black olives Instructions Directions Lay the tortilla on a flat surface. Spread cream cheese evenly across the tortilla. Spread a layer of Sweetfire Jalapeno Jelly on the cream cheese. Place a layer of lettuce on the tortilla. Mini Brie Puffs with Sweetfire Jalapeno Jelly   Print Author: Sweetfire Recipe type: Appetizer, Side Dish Serves: 8-16 Ingredients o 3 wedges brie cheese o 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed o 1- 10 oz jar Sweetfire Jalapeno Jelly o Mini muffin cup pan o Pam or other nonstick spray Instructions Slice the brie into ½ inch pieces and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unfold and roll the puff pastry to remove the creases. Cut each sheet into 16 squares of pastry dough. Place each square of dough into a mini muffin cup. Be sure the pointed edges of the dough are sticking straight up. Remove the cheese from the freezer and place a piece of brie on top of the dough in each cup. Coconut Shrimp with Sweetfire Dipping Sauce   Print Author: Sweetfire Recipe type: Main Course Serves: 4-6 Ingredients • 2 pounds unpeeled, large raw shrimp • 2 egg , beaten • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut • 2 cups Japanese breadcrumbs (panko) • Frying Oil • ½ cup Sweetfire Jalapeno Jelly Instructions Preheat oil in deep pan or deep fryer to 350 degrees Mix together the Panko and the coconut. Rinse and pat dry the shrimp Dip the shrimp into the beaten egg and roll it in the panko/coconut mixture. Shake off the excess. Dip the coated shrimp into the beaten egg for a second coat and again roll it in the panko/coconut mixture. Drop each shrimp into the heated oil and cook until both sides are a golden brown. Cheesy Phyllo Tarts with Sweetfire Jalapeno Jelly   Print Author: Sweetfire Recipe type: Appetizer Serves: 4-6 Ingredients 6 sheets frozen phyllo sheets, thawed 4 tablespoons butter, melted 1- 8 oz package cream cheese 1 10 oz. jar Sweetfire Jalapeno Jelly Mini Muffin Tin Nonstick cooking spray Instructions Take 2 sheets of pastry and brush one with butter and stack it on top of the second sheet. Using a pizza cutter, cut the stacked sheet in half. Brush one rectangle with butter and place the other one on top, making a single sheet with 4 layers. Cut that dough into 12 equal squares. Press each square into a greased mini muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Repeat with remaining sheets, remembering to keep unused sheets covered.
